Comfortable bed, but terrible internet speed.

The public bath is a nice feature, offering a relaxing soak after a long day. The room's layout is quite spacious, providing plenty of room to move around comfortably.
Tattoo restrictions on the public bath can be quite limiting, as some guests with tattoos cannot access it at all. Noise from the main aisle can be intrusive, making it less soundproof than expected. Quick or crowded breakfast services become an inconvenience, with some guests experiencing long waits for seating.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from transportation options. I appreciated the thoughtful design of the room, including a convenient desk for work. The public bath area had a great selection of complimentary skincare products, enhancing the overall relaxation experience.

Our stay at Torifito was lovely. We booked the Family Suite, which comfortably accommodated four adults. The room layout was perfect, giving us plenty of space to relax. The onsen was a fantastic addition. soaking there was such a treat after a day of exploring. The location is hard to beat, just a five-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to get around Kanazawa. Breakfast was another highlight. it featured an excellent mix of delicious Japanese and Western options. Only downside was the breakfast area. It's quite small compared to the size of the hotel. One morning, we had to wait over half an hour to get seated. Still, for the price and overall experience, the hotel offered great value for money.

I stayed in a Standard Queen Room for 3 nights, and the layout was okay, but it felt a bit cramped. The bathroom setup with a separate toilet was nice and convenient. The bed was comfortable, which helped make up for the tight space. I appreciated the location near the station, but definitely wished for a bit more room to stretch out.
